• This is a cooperation project whose purpose is to help schooling at educational centres in Gambia.

The corporate volunteering programme Marea Azul – Canaragua has started to channel different actions undertaken by the group of companies in the Canary Islands to enable all those staff members who so wish to take part freely in them.

The cooperation project Objective Gambia is a part of the Marea Azul –Canaragua cooperative volunteering framework. Its purpose is to assist schooling in the country's schools, and its first action has been to raise funds, placing boxes in the different work centres to collect the donations made by employees.

The goal is to involve voluntarily and disinterestedly the largest possible number of staff participants, irrespective of their hierarchical position within the organisation, so that this humanitarian project not only continues over time but can even grow, thanks to everyone's contributions.
